You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on NutriSelect. By using the platform, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding contract.

NutriSelect currently delivers only to serviceable PIN codes in India. Availability may vary by location; you will be informed if your PIN code is not serviceable at the time of checkout.

All prices on the platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (currently 5% on food products). Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout and calculated based on your delivery PIN code and order value.

Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery (subject to pincode-specific overrides).

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time you complete checkout.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may slightly differ due to manufacturing batch variations, photography conditions, or screen colour rendering.

An order is placed when you complete checkout (Razorpay payment or Cash on Delivery submission). You will receive an in-app notification confirming receipt of your order.

For Razorpay (online) orders: your order is confirmed upon successful payment capture and signature verification. If payment fails, no order is created and no amount is charged.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: your order is placed as "pending" and our team will contact you to arrange delivery and collect payment. COD availability depends on your delivery area and order value.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, unserviceable PIN codes, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount charged will be fully refunded.

Online Payment: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. All online transactions are secured by SSL encryption and Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store your card or bank account details.

Cash on Delivery: Payment is collected at your doorstep at the time of delivery. The exact amount (as shown in your order confirmation) must be paid in cash. No additional charges apply.

All prices are final as calculated by our server. Promotional discounts and coupons are applied and verified server-side; client-side manipulation of pricing has no effect.

Delivery timeframe: We aim to deliver within 3–7 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Delivery area: We deliver only to serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code becomes unserviceable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Delivery attempt: Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the address provided. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal, we may contact you to reschedule or cancel the order.

Risk of loss: Risk passes to you upon delivery to your address.

By the customer: You may request cancellation of a confirmed order before it is dispatched by contacting us at nutriselect@nmacgroup.in. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

By NutriSelect: We may cancel your order if: the product is out of stock, your delivery PIN code is unserviceable, payment verification fails, or we suspect fraudulent activity. You will receive a full refund in all such cases.

For COD orders, cancellation before dispatch incurs no charge.

Return window: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Product received is damaged or broken.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product is significantly different from what was described.
• Product is expired or near-expiry (within 30 days of delivery).

Perishable or opened food products cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference or taste.

How to initiate a return: Email nutriselect@nmacgroup.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

Refund process: Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days for online payments. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — you will need to provide your bank details.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms including minimum order value, usage limits, and expiry dates. Only one coupon may be applied per order.

Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to cancel any coupon or promotion at any time.

Fraudulent use of coupons (including creating multiple accounts to reuse single-use coupons) may result in account suspension and order cancellation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any orders placed under your account are your responsibility.

You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at nutriselect@nmacgroup.in.

All content on NutriSelect — including the brand name, logo, product images, blog articles, and website design — is the property of NMAC Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriSelect and NMAC Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products purchased.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or internet outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mansa, Punjab, India.

We encourage you to first contact our Grievance Officer (see below) to resolve any dispute amicably before approaching a court.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021:

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of NutriSelect after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
